Packages cover process engineering calculations only. Detailed mechanical, civil and structural engineering design is not included. All services are subject to an agreed project scope.

Before You Order
Common questions about input requirements, references, workbook formats, revisions, and additional scope.
Provide the project objective, design flow or operating basis, relevant water/wastewater or process data, required outputs, and supporting documents. For a new custom calculation, provide the expected output format or examples if available. Any missing basis or assumptions should be agreed before calculation begins.
Yes. Workbook formatting can follow the client's company template or documentation style when the necessary reference format is provided. BASIC includes customized formatting; STANDARD and PREMIUM offer optional company formatting.
Yes. Engineering criteria selection is included in BASIC, and methodology development and engineering reference research are included in STANDARD and PREMIUM. Criteria and sources are documented within the agreed calculation deliverables where applicable.
Unlimited in-scope formatting revisions are available within 3 days after delivery for BASIC and STANDARD, or 7 days for PREMIUM. Requests that change the agreed methodology, design basis, deliverables, or project scope require a separate review and may need an additional quotation. Technical errors attributable to AIDIA are corrected without extra charges.
Yes. Additional process units, calculation modules, technical datasheets, and preliminary 2D arrangement drawings can be discussed. Any additions beyond the selected package or the agreed scope will be quoted separately. Detailed mechanical, civil, and structural engineering are excluded.
